Description

Roughly two years ago, I promised my WoOz obsessed friend that I would draw her another Dorothy picture for her birthday. When I was packing a couple of weeks ago, I found the one I had started but never finished [loloops] in my sketchbook. She's been waiting the whole time for the damn thing. >>; I scrapped the original and did this one for her. SO HAPPY FUCKING BIRTHDAY KELLY!
Background was thrown together fast and sloppy, but at this point I don't care any more. xP
